Fog on the mirror
I learned a new technique of breathing (actually utilizing the out breath) as a means to achieve great relaxation. By following Irene’s instruction and listening to her demonstrate the out breath, my lungs felt more empty than with my usual exhalation. It took me a few minutes to catch on, and I cannot match the length of Irene’s out breath (yet), but the exercise is well worth the practice and can be easily used during my day. Thank you, Irene. 🙏💙
