Fog on the mirror
I learned a new technique of breathing (actually utilizing the out breath) as a means to achieve great relaxation. By following Irene’s instruction and listening to her demonstrate the out breath, my lungs felt more empty than with my usual exhalation. It took me a few minutes to catch on, and I cannot match the length of Irene’s out breath (yet), but the exercise is well worth the practice and can be easily used during my day. Thank you, Irene. 🙏💙

Extra oxygen 🤧😤
I thought I would try this breathing meditation because my breathing is a little labored right now due to a chest cold. I woke up early and couldn’t fall back asleep and thought this might help. Although I don’t feel any better I’m sure I’ve benefited from the extra oxygen. Thanks 🙏 Irene

Very effective meditation for focus
I have been having great difficulty focusing my mind the past few days. But this meditation really got my attention it’s the way it starts out. In the beginning you focus on your hands and your physical breath and that brought me right back into the moment. It’s a great little meditation

My struggle with focus continues. Saw My past reflections for this meditation and decided to try it again today. It works really well. it’s the beginning where you are focusing on your hand. It completely takes your mind off of other worries.

I love this step by step explanation. I have going to a Palace Style class and the instruction says our breath should sound like the ocean. This practice will help with that!

Deep Breathing
In this meditation Irene has you hold up either your left or right hand up to your face. Your hand acts as a mirror. Next Irene asks for you to take a deep breath in through your mouth and then exhale in an “ah” to visualize you are fogging up a mirror. You repeat this a few times. Then on the next set she has you taking a deep breath in through your nose and exhaling through your nose as you are trying to fog up the mirror. You also repeat this a few times. I felt any tension leaving my body and feeling grounded. Great short breathing practice to bring you back to the present moment. Thanks Irene!🙏
