I can control my mind through my breath and focus ... and rest much better.
I am learning how to sleep with out the tv in the background and it’s hard! I haven’t been getting a lot of sleep unless my body is really tired! But I need this; the restful sleep to be rejuvenated in the morning! And this helps me!
I learned that the more I concentrate on my breathing the easier things get.
Since I was Still Up
I listened to this track. I enjoy Dorothy's mediations as well 😌. I feel comfortable and relaxed now, enough to rest and sleep.
I felt so calm listening to this. I didn't even realize when it was over but I was still awake. I will definitely be listening to this again.
I learned that this mediation had helped me by taking slow deep breaths and relaxing my mind listening to soft melodies.
Focus on Breathe
By focusing on the breathe we are in the present moment. We can manifest things like sleep, peace, comfort, quiet, etc.
