This is a very short but powerful practice to do when you are in bed and ready to let go of your day and find a deep, nourishing sleep.

My first meditation session before bed
I feel more relaxed but I still have some stress on my head. Less thoughts more feeling right now but I know if I sit with it too long it'll resurface - the thoughts.

Relaxed
I feel very relaxed and ready for a good nights sleep. I will sleep well tonight, speak it into existence.

Busy mind
I have alot on my mind right now and I think I need longer to unwind from the day following my conversation with John-Paul. I think I need to keep routine to journalling then meditation, then reading then sleep. If I can't do all those things I will perhaps just have a longer meditation session. Going to find one now to do.

Alright session today
I think I might need a longer session right now but this was alright this time.

Deep sleep
It was very relaxing to feel each part of my body sink down into my bed. I'm really comfy and happy. I can feel the gentle breeze of my ceiling fan as it touches my face and shoulders. I'm ready to rest. It was a great day.

Question about length?
Jen does indicate at the start that this is a short meditation. When I have listened to it, it cuts off midsentence between two and 3 minutes. I will try again later, but wondering if it needs to be lengthened to its completion?
