Gentleness
“It’s important to be gentle with ourselves.” This is a quote from this lovely breathing meditation. If you have 7 minutes to spare, I recommend this meditation. The practitioner gently leads you on a peaceful slow journey of simple breathing. After a long, busy day yesterday, working late into the wee hours of the morning, I was dragging this morning. I was amazed how much my breathing changed during the meditation. I am now relaxed, ready to begin my day with loving gentleness. 🙏♥️🙏
