“It’s important to be gentle with ourselves.” This is a quote from this lovely breathing meditation. If you have 7 minutes to spare, I recommend this meditation. The practitioner gently leads you on a peaceful slow journey of simple breathing. After a long, busy day yesterday, working late into the wee hours of the morning, I was dragging this morning. I was amazed how much my breathing changed during the meditation. I am now relaxed, ready to begin my day with loving gentleness. 🙏♥️🙏
Slowing Down is Key
I learned it’s important to remain calm to accomplish tasks. I’m a Type A person who multi tasks to much. In the midst of life it’s important to slow down and breathe.
Taking the time to breath
There are days where I feel very stressed out and other days I am very calm. Meditation has helped me be less stressed and more calm and relaxed
A pausing moment
I enjoyed taking a few minutes to work on my breath work as I know it can be ridged at times. This helped me take a moment to breathe more deeply and understand how to take time away from a head full of thoughts.
