I learned that I feel rejected in many situations and with many people.
The most painful to me is complete rejection from a family member. Or a child. I move on and take thi gs one moment at a time. It can be hurtful to be rejected by who I thought was my person or someone I know. But a child is a loss. Huge. I mean a rejection where the person tells me they no longer want any type of contact or relationship with me. That I have to change first. I need to explore this and then let it go. I haven't yet. I really don't want to. But to do so will further allow me to continue my journey at peace. I set thus aside, but there are remnants there. Like when I listened to your session. You helped me become aware that there is work to be done. 😥
I often perceive a behavior as rejection. I just need to remember that I hopefully didn't trigger that behavior

The best version I have heard about handling rejection. Not associated with your self esteem, self value and self worth, it doesn’t mean you’re flaw or not attractive, it’s just you are not the right key to fit their lock.
