I don’t know all the ins-and-outs of exactly how a intense 20min workout affects our nervous system and reduces anxiety. This session explains it so quickly that I didn’t have a chance to absorb it all. I do know from my own experience that exercising absolutely helps me overcome many feelings including anxiety. Just the fact that I did something for myself makes me feel better because anything is better than doing nothing! Tomorrow is the big turkey day so a good workout might be a good thing to add to the menu!😆🦃 Happy Thanksgiving everyone ❤️
