Today we lay down for our practice as we welcome intention, unconditional friendship and love, gratitude, and blissful breaths into our mind/body/energy. The breath we practice today opens our hearts so that when we are breathing in this way, our hearts can't help but be open to possibility, giving, and receiving. This can feel euphoric, even like a runner's high. While possibly challenging at first, as you listen to your body with your pacing, you'll be able to deliver the breath to yourself like medicine for your heart before you rest in a space of non-doing. Today is for Being, gratitude, love, joy, spiritual upliftment, and relaxation.
