Now we’re in phase 2. This is where we start using exercises, rituals, and tools that help us stay aligned with doing things that those in happy and lasting relationships do. Today you are going to explore a list of personal qualities. From here you will choose the ones you truly admire in your partner, as well as finish off with a reflective practice that helps us recognize that those personal qualities we admire within each other are also within us.
