This is a 15-minute Yoga Nidra that can be done daily. When it comes to doing inner work consistency is key. It is better to do something 10-15 minutes a day rather than something 1 hour once a week. That is why I created this track. Yoga Nidra is a perfect meditation for beginners as all you need to do is follow the guide. This track is also layered with a sound bath to enhance relaxation.
