Daily Reiki: Cho Ku Rei Kotodama (Earth)

The Kotodama, or Jumon, are the sacred sounds associated with Reiki. In this track, you'll be introduced to the sacred sound for Earth energy, or Earth Ki, which is Ho - Ku - Ei, and we will chant the sacred sound nine times. Don't worry if you're new to the practice; you will still benefit from the grounding and centering effects of working with Earth Ki and the Reiki Kotodama. You do not need a musical ear/voice for this practice; the important thing is to allow the energy to move through you and for your voice and breath to naturally express it.
