I’m feeling a little anxious and down on my luck the past few days. Each session this week I’ve been writing down one word takeaways and this one is hope. Hope allows me to take on the day!

That with hope hopefully things will get better I'm going through a nasty divorce to someone I thought would always be there. No matter what! Instead she committed adultery multiple times blamed me for her actions and made me feel crazy. I know now cheating is a selfish act and people without morals like to blame others for their bad behavior. Even through all this I hope once it's final I find peace again.
