In this practice I invite you to connect to your breathing, to feel yourself supported by the earth and I support you in cultivating a tender, gentleness towards yourself. Please note: If you are struggling with your mental health it's really important to seek professional help. Grounded 🎼
This meditation has helped me to feel more grounded amidst all the unsolicited changes that are occurring in my own life and in the lives of those I love. The breath is such a great tool in any healing process and so is Love and compassion for oneself and others. This is a perfect meditation for me this morning. Thank you!
I felt safe — and aware of my constant constant connection.
Calm and steady and steadfastness. I believe this is the key to happiness. Actually I’m not sure I want to pursue happiness as a goal. my goal is contentment. This is a good meditation. Calm and steady is perfect. I like the Navajo way of expressing this,the Beauty Way. May you walk in beauty today.🌿🌻🌼🌻🌿
