The Crown Chakra, Sahasrara 953 Hz, is often referenced in sound-healing traditions for its association with heightened awareness, clarity, and the integration of higher cognitive states. I included a gentle OM pulse, which echoes the primordial sound associated with the Crown Chakra, and encourages a deeper connection to stillness and higher consciousness.
