My aim with this music was to bring together compelling words of self-belief, some ASMR whispers, a soothing piano melody, and blend it all into a composition that offers a completely new and restorative musical experience. I hope very much that you find the result uplifting and engaging.

It is said the repetition of a mantra encourages the mind to enter a more focussed state. It's not necessarily the chosen mantra that does the work, but the energy, intention, and vibration created as you repeat the phrase, which can put you on the path towards greater self-awareness, reduced levels of stress, a sense of calm, and increased self-belief.

Belief (Affirmation/Whispers)

More experimental ASMR music with percussive elements in the shape of sticks, utensils, and crackles. There is a simple but rich piano refrain, which initially blends and grows with the ASMR, until the ASMR subsides, leaving the piano and background instruments to bring the piece to a calming end. It was a calming experience writing this music, and I hope you find some peace and relaxation here too.

Atmospheric soundscape, ASMR trigger of water droplets, occasional birdsong, and a soft and spacious piano melody all combine to help you to find some inner calm and to help drift towards sleep.

ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response) is the term used for the sensation some people get when they encounter certain types of visuals or sounds. Many people describe it as a 'feel good' sensation or sometimes described as a tingling in the head. Not everyone will experience this, and others say the feeling can be deeply relaxing or induce sleep.

This unusual composition starts with an ASMR trigger of paper tearing and crunching. The music unfolds into an atmospheric soundscape with Spanish guitar. I hope this experimental ASMR music will take you on an intriguing journey into new worlds of musical relaxation.

It was great fun to work on this music. The result feels quite atmospheric and a little cinematic with some truly mesmerizing Elvish vocals. I hope you enjoy it.

The word Srendaen can be found in the Elven dictionary, meaning ‘beauty but only of natural luminous beauty, that not of people but of nature.

Chanting Om or Aum is a sacred practice that helps our mind and body to synchronize. The Om sound is considered sacred in Hinduism, Buddhism, Sikhism, and Jainism as the primordial or first sound of the universe. According to the Hindu sculptures, Om connects all living beings to nature and the universe. Make yourself comfortable and take a few slow breaths, and feel the mesmerizing healing power of this eternal and powerful OM chant.

Karuna Hum is a Sanskrit mantra that can be used as a silent focus of meditation, whispered or chanted aloud.     

Karuna: A deep compassion and universal love for all beings, which are connected through a shared consciousness.

Hum:  I am. 

The mantra can help achieve a deep sense of compassion and connection with others. It reduces or even removes any false sense of separation and defensiveness against others, and cultivates feelings of deep love and kindness.

Heavenly celestial soundscape with subtle use of chimes, voices and musical ornaments, giving this piece an oriental feel.

This music has also been written with all instruments tuned to 432Hz. This is said to be the natural frequency of the universe, and to have cosmic healing powers. It is possible this could have a claming effect for some. I hope that is you.
