This guided meditation explores creativity and problem solving from a different perspective "I think 99 times and find nothing. I stop thinking, swim in silence, and the truth comes to me." Albert Einstein
I love the Einstein quote within this meditation. I’ve found some of my most inspiring thoughts come while reflecting on inspiration or a problem in silence, and letting my mind follow whatever path it leads me down.
So helpful to get me back to work after sending my beloved service dog Sassy, to cross over the rainbow 🌈 bridge 2 days ago on 12/23/19. The pain is slowly abating, too much requires my attention, still I am familiar with grief and it always arrives when least expected.
Idk about creativity..
I’m still learning to imagine what the guide wants me to imagine so I can fully get into a creative groove. I think with more practice, I’ll get there in no time.
Truth Finds You
This was a beautiful meditation; very relaxing and useful right now too since I am working on a few creative projects and this meditation enables you to get closer to your creative goals.
As you allow yourself to relax deeply and become aware of all the space around you, you invite the truth to come to you - big or small, the truth’s that find you will inevitably be useful in your creative projects or goal/s and will save you looking in places you may not have found them.
I found this very helpful and will come back to this time and time again. Thank you 🙏🏻
I learnt nothing, nothing new. Nothing I hadnt tried before, nothing that I can comment about
Swim in Silence
I chatter too much, either in my head or with others. And then wonder why the ideas aren’t coming. I think I’ll join Albert in the pool.
Yes, silence works for me. I'm not the most creative person. I would like to be!
Leave it to find it
A good reminder to free up and walk away from a difficult puzzle to return later with clarity. Namaste
