I learned that affirmations are really important and make a difference. Also, feeling your stomach and heart while breathing really helps with mindfulness.
Creating peace within. I thoroughly enjoyed this. I also found it to quickly bring me to a peaceful state. It's simple and I can do this anytime I wish. That's a wonderful feeling to be able to create peace within yourself. It feels so good.
