Setting intentions for the day ahead
This morning I woke up feeling sad as I’m currently going through some emotional pain which has lead to a lot suffering the past several days. I’ve had a hard time escaping the mental trance that the suffering has caused. So the opportunity to start a new day by setting my intention for the day helped my to begin my day from a place of gratitude and love

Today I am irritable. Mediation about anger calmed me some. But I still have a tension HA. I hope today is a good day at my new position. I am looking forward to finding balance and less stress.
