Setting intentions for the day ahead
This morning I woke up feeling sad as I’m currently going through some emotional pain which has lead to a lot suffering the past several days. I’ve had a hard time escaping the mental trance that the suffering has caused. So the opportunity to start a new day by setting my intention for the day helped my to begin my day from a place of gratitude and love

I’m going to have to practice on morning meditation. It’s more of a relaxing exercise for me so just waking up and doing a meditation might make it harder for me to get out of bed.

Todays reflection
today i noticed i woke up knowing to not look at my phone or what time it was because it usually creates a sense of unworthiness that i’ve been waking up so late. I grabbed my journal and went directly outside and wrote my weekly schedule to get ready for the week. i only wrote til wednesday right now but i already feel more organized and less overwhelmed with things i should and shouldn’t be doing. I am grateful for taking my mental health better step one day at a time. I did emf tapping when i listened to this morning affirmation and it was nice. it allows me to make a promise to stick to a day i know my highest self would want best for me. i love you, to me. thank you.
