Anger management day #2
I really don’t like how anger resonates itself throughout my body. I did not want to tense up and then release I did it yesterday and I didn’t like it but I totally get that , that is the point - why am I doing these things not only to my mind but my body. Only on day 2 of this series but it’s already got me looking at things from a reality based perspective. 🧎🏻♀️🤲❤️
