This morning meditation will guide you to create space for ease and make room for something lighter. Take a moment to settle into your body. Let the weight of your body rest on the surface beneath you. Feel the natural rhythm of your breath. Now, imagine you are standing in a room—your own space. It’s a quiet room, one filled with the weight of the day, of everything you’ve carried up until now. You reach for the window or the door in front of you. It’s there, waiting. Gently, you place your hand on the handle, feel its coolness, and begin to turn it slowly.
