Why I created this meditation
I have to be honest - I’m not a great sleeper. I wake up several times a night and often have trouble falling back asleep. That’s why I haven’t created any sleep meditations until now - it just didn’t feel authentic. However, what I’m REALLY good at is power napping. During the day, I can drop into a deep sleep within moments and wake up feeling completely refreshed after 10-20 minutes. And one of my FAVORITE ways to nap is to curl up on my couch on a rainy day and allow the rain outside my window to sing me to sleep. That’s the experience I tried to re-create for you in this meditation. I’d love to hear how it worked for you!❤️

Peaceful meditation
I really liked this meditation. It was great for a quick work break from my office, even though I couldn’t lay down. The sound of the rain put me at ease. The soothing voice kept me grounded and focused on my breathing. Thank you!

So relaxing 😌
Listening to the gentle rain and the wind chimes was so relaxing. I could have stayed in this calm peaceful state of mind for a very long time. If only there was a way to skip the Aura theme music I would keep listening to this one continuously until I drifted off to sleep 💤

With snow falling outside and the long day of school work winding down, I needed to take a small break to recharge. It’s too late in the day for me to consume caffeine so this guided rest was a good energy boost for me. I loved her voice! I’m going to listen to my body and listen to this track one more time before getting back to work, but I appreciate the comfort this track gives me

Stop to breathe!
I noticed how well the focus on my breathing calmed me down and curling and being cozy on purpose brought a smile to my face. I am a very go, go , gotta get things done person. This meditation has a wonderful effect on my life lately!

Rain can be such a good thing! Cleans the air, cleans the earth and can clean the soul! This is a great meditation to curl up under the covers & listen to very R e l a x I n g . . . Besides, the farmers need the rain! ❤️☔️🍀

After reading Walter’s reflection, I decided to try this one out today. I am laying on my couch snuggling under a cozy blanket. I have our back door open which I can feel the crisp cool Fall air along with the smell of rain. We are expecting rain later on today. During this meditation, I visualize myself sitting on my couch, enjoying a warm cup of tea, while watching the rain outside. This is very relaxing 😌. This one is going on my favorites list. I felt that this mediation was very short, it relaxed me but the woman's constant voice wasn't very helpful. my mind was already calm and I found it easy to concentrate on the breath.

alright
this is a mediation that i would never really go back to. the rain, waves, chimes, and bird noises in the background were kind of clashing for me. the setting didn’t feel right. hearing birds chirp before you go to bed wasn’t exactly what i was looking for haha. it was overall relaxing but felt almost rushed. it felt brief and was a rushed message. it was more like a brief break than getting ready to unwind and sleep. not my favorite

At the end I was ready to sleep and she tried to bring me back awake by talking me into moving and waking up, given it was called cozy sleep I thought she’d let you drift off

Sending me to sleep in a good way
Just by resting in a nice cosy bed and gently shutting the eyes as well as limiting the amount of stuff inside my head, made me me feel more at ease and tired.

I love this meditation. I could barley focus on what she was saying I was so zoned into the rain. I didn’t want to stop at the end! As I zoned more into the rain and peaceful chimes, I started to feel cold on parts that were not under the blanket. I grew up in Seattle and love the rain.
