I can be positive even when I'm feeling so flat, being a mum of a 4 year old and pregnant again it can be a stressful time and very tiring but it's so nice to take the time out to just breath and listen to positive speaking ❤️

Help with Depression and Anxiety...thank you Aura!!
Finally the right app! Been searching for so long and tried various others for depression and anxiety, but then today amazingly I found Aura! It feels like the right one for me right now. It does help with relaxation...and I have only just begun. I pray this keeps giving the calmness and motivation I need to fight through those really tough times. Will post again as I continue using it. So far so good 🙂
