Now that I have your attention with that very catchy song from the 80’s, it can be quite difficult to drift off to sleep nowadays, what with what’s going on in our daily lives & the whole world. These things can, definitely, make us anxious & lose sleep. I’ve never had difficulty drifting away to dreamland because that’s my haven; what I can do advise is to look for comfortable positions to sleep in. There’s a need to change the bedsheets? Do so! Your body will thank you for it. You need to get new pillows because the old ones are moldy? Do so! Your body will thank you for it. Remember that when you have organization in the things that YOU CAN control, your mind can rest well, & your body will be at ease.
