Cooling Breath Meditation
This was such a lovely experience. I went into this meditation feeling anxious and angry, however by focusing on the cooling breath I was able to calm myself and recenter my emotions. I am going to return to this meditation and breath the next time I'm feeling overwhelmed or upset. Thank You!

Nina

Cooling Breath
Change can be difficult and stressful. We become so accustomed to doing things one way. I noticed that even attempting this reversed breathing technique was challenging for me.

The breath
The breath is so incredibly powerful, and this was a great reminder. I'm stressing and anxious over some stuff at the moment, and if I heard it right, that last quote was amazing: "The point, is to live it all."

Taking in emotion
I had a lot of emotion today worrying and having anxiety over a big job interview. When I did this meditation I just took that emotion I was feeling and let it out. After I felt a lot better then before I started.

Noises outside the home are distracting during an Aura session
Whatever is going on outside bothers me greatly. I tried earlier to find what the noises were and who was making them, but I couldn't find it or them. It wasn't what I had imagined it would be. Totally distracting. Bummer. I enjoyed the circular breathing in this session.

Mindful breathing helps me recenter myself through emotional times
Going through an emotional and difficult time. Focusing on my breath calms me down, helps me step back and look at the situation more objectively, and be able to deal with it more effectively.

Mindful Breathing helps me be me
Although I get stressed very often and have very bad anxiety, this helps me get away from it all and just relax. This even took away my migraine.

In the middle of the night
If as I lay awake, I can recall the cooling breathe technique, perhaps I can ease the anxiety and fall into slumber. Life is so dark at night. And repeated wakefulness is so frustrating. This practice gives me hope

Remembering the paths of your body
The energy or wind that spread through my body was healing and rejuvenating. It visited places that were forgotten with the rush of life. Blew out the cobwebs of neglect to infuse a golden warmth from crown to fingertip to toes and beyond.

Experiencing the moment
I learned learning to savor the moment and living in the present is key for meaning, fulfillment and peace. As this year come to an end I am grateful for so many wonderful experiences good, tough and challenging ones that have expanded my horizons and giving me a better perspective for today and tomorrow. May this New Year be the best for everyone! Namaste

Breath
This mediation was like drinking from a cup filled with relaxing breaths. Breathing in brings the relaxation, out does same. But if you have a stuffy nose, that could ruin the relaxing drink. So before you start this mediation if you have a stuffy nose, take a moment to clear it out.

Cool breathing
There is so much to be grateful for. The fact that I am here, still alive and breathing. Even though I’m still going through the healing process of heartbreak, I’m grateful for the opportunity to experience this because I know that this story will one help someone else in their struggle. God knows why things happen. So I will continue to take deep breathes and trust in His will.

Ok
This helped me feel focused, but I felt it was very short compared to the others (even though they are all the same length). I think it might be because all we did was breathe, but that’s just my guess.

Giving Directions
I really enjoyed how determinately she ordered the movements I was supposed to follow. Unlike other exercises where we are given suggestions or alternatives make it easy for me to get distracted. When I am listening to commands, I follow more readily, keeping my concentration.

Just like anything else in life, I found this breathing technique hard. I had to try it a few times before I realized I wasn’t doing it right. However, when I did, it was like being under water and relief at the same time. Thank you, Aura! Good morning, Everyone!😀

Hmmmm
This meditation falls under the “can’t sleep” category. It very nice but not one to assist in sleeping. I don’t want to actively focus on anything, I want to rest. I can do breathing exercises to calm and settle myself, but not with a flashlight. Oh, well. Good night Aura. 😔

They cut my hours at work
And I’m already in my survival mode. So the first thing I did today was apply for jobs and downloaded linkin. I am not having it tomorrow, no I won’t go in guns a blazin but I will be like “hey give it too me straight what are my options and this is what I’m going to do now so this my warning to you I have to get a second job or a new one completely. I’ve applied to like 6 jobs in the last hour. And I was able to pop my back after meditation.

The Point
This is my first time for this meditation/breathing exercise. It was fascinating to feel and experience not only the difference in the breathing method but also the lowering of my stress level, which has been elevated today. The point is not to ignore what is presently occurring, uncomfortable or not. The point, she says, is to live it all. I couldn’t agree more!

Cooldown
I am a worrier by nature. I overthink. Even if things are objectively fine, I often have trouble ever being truly present in a moment. Why? Because I'm constantly expending my mental energy on minutia in a bid to chase unattainable perfection. Our drive to do better is one of the best parts of us as humans. But it can also consume us. We need to let ourselves off the hook sometimes and accept that life will sometimes be wrong, imperfect or otherwise flawed. And that's OKAY.

Cool breath to cool off
Focusing on the cool air as I inhale reminds me to take a breather. Cool down. Decompress. It can be as simple as that to recalibrate and reset. Rejuvenation is just a few short breaths away. Giving us permission to experience the gamut of emotions. Living them all wholly... And also recognizing that they are transient. Just visiting. Not taking permanent residence in our mind. And just as we cannot force happiness to stay.. the same is true for frustration, anguish, sadness. So. Let's acknowledge them as they arrive, for we know that they will pass just as quickly.
F
Franny
Easy, breezy inhale
How fitting for this meditation to find me once again. Acknowledging that we are allowed to experience the range of emotions over and over again. A full circle. Some may need to step outside to get cool off, but our bodies have their own way of letting off steam. And it's as simple as a cool, easy breezy inhale. Live life fully and experience it all.
