Are you feeling hot-headed? Frustrated? Anxious? Angry? Your body may be feeling it too now. Use this breathing technique to take a moment to recalibrate. Breathe into the nose and gently purse your lips and breath out through your mouth slowly. Imagine your gently blowing out through a small straw. Listen to your breath and pay attention to your nervous system. Bring your awareness to your heart and spine. Continue with this until you feel better.
