Sometimes we can experience thoughts taking control of the mind. We often forget that we are in control. Whether they are intrusive, detrimental, hurtful, together in moments of spiraling we will learn how to bring it back to the present.

The beginning
This is the beginning. I realized that my breath is trapped in an unrelated, fidgety, crusty, sore body. I realize that focusing on getting that breath out, making it the focus, realizing that it IS me… this will help everything.
