This connection meditation helps you to develop compassion for others and in doing so it can help you to feel calm, connected and happy. Please note: If you are struggling with your mental health it's really important to seek professional help. These meditations are not a substitute for that but can be used along side therapy to help to support you. All one
I learned that we are all equal, part of the one creation. Just a shame the way of the world. Some do have it worse than others, but out sadness can come peace and joy.

Connection meditation
Breath in empathy, breath out kindness. What a great way to make focusing on my breath not be all about me. I️ want to remember to use this during the day when interactions get difficult. Namaste

Breathing
Everyone takes breathes, we are all moving forward the same way; we breathe. Breathe in compassion, exhale kindness.

Connectedness
When I feel a lack of meaning or like I’m moving forward in a mudslide of intention, I can focus on kindness and empathy. Instead of feeling isolated by a busy day, I can use that feeling to connect with all the humans in my vicinity, my neighborhood, who all feel similar ways and want similar things for themselves

Engage with Empathy
You are me and I am you. To engage deeply, seeing all barriers dissolve between myself and others allows kindness to be the dominant language to create connections that matter.

Connected
There is so much more that connects us than divides us. We all breathe. We all have thoughts and emotions. We all desire happiness and to be well. We all have the same organs in our body. We are all one people. In this meditation, we begin to feel this connection among us all. I became aware of the people in my neighborhood, my town and finally, my whole state and began extending well wishes to each person, specifically breathing in empathy for everyone and breathing out kindfulness for everyone. I then focused inward and extended well wishes to myself. What a wonderful way to begin my day! We are all connected. Each day, we, as individuals, can extend kindness or meanness to ourselves and to others. The choice is ours to make! I choose to extend kindness! Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️

Connection
I learnt that we are all connected. Something that I have forgotten. When I forget this I struggle with anxiety and depression. More practice of connecting to myself and others is needed to help me feel that I am not alone.

We are not alone
I learned that everyone desires empathy, kindness, and respect. If we focus on our connections to other people call math we can stop feeling alone in our own experience. It is only when we are fully connected to others but me can satisfy our needs
