The purpose of this breathwork is to use our breath with affirmations to affirm our connection to our inner wisdom. Being conscious of our breathing allows us to connect without interference in oneness with our higher self and allows us to tap into and hear our inner wisdom. Continue breathing during the entire session even if you hear affirmations such as “I allow my inner wisdom to guide me.”

Happy, relaxed, glad
I found that session a bit trite. But — I’m happy, it’s Sunday, I made a healthy lunch for my family, it’s sunny out and I’m in bed with my family just hanging out. My attention is on filling my tank
