This morning meditation will guide you to connect with the sun's energy as it fills you with light. Find yourself in a comfortable, quiet space where you can truly relax and allow your mind to settle. Take a long, deep breath in, filling your lungs, and then exhale, releasing any tension you may be holding. As you continue breathing deeply, allow your shoulders to relax, let your body soften into the space around you.
