Follow Your Breath
Stillness is not something you seek out. It is something you surrender to. Stillness is the pause between your exhalation and your next inhalation.When you follow your breath, you will be able to connect with stillness from within. It will bring you back to the present moment, give you a sense of calm and peace, as well as clarity. Take a few moments to come home to yourself. Namaste 🙏.
