In this stimulating meditation, Jaisa guides us to connect and align our three brains: heart, gut and brain.
First, I began breathing into my heart space and soon I felt my heartbeat align with my breathing. My heart space becoming full of warmth. Then I turned my awareness to my gut. I began breathing into the space behind my belly button making me feel calm and relaxed. Lastly, I began breathing into the space behind my eyes, feeling my breath flow from my optic nerve and into my brain.
After connecting to my three brains, I envisioned a large rod of light aligning my three brains, from the space behind my belly button, through my heart space and into the space behind my eyes. With each in breath and out breath, this rod of light was getting brighter and brighter, giving me a bolt of energy that went through my entire body.
