energy breathing...
This technique is magnificent for getting back to your center, wherever... Whenever. Absolutely wonderful... Thank you for this treasure - it will definitely save me through the day from now on🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Deep breathe is important
In this stimulating meditation, Jaisa guides us to connect and align our three brains: heart, gut and brain. First, I began breathing into my heart space and soon I felt my heartbeat align with my breathing. My heart space becoming full of warmth. Then I turned my awareness to my gut. I began breathing into the space behind my belly button making me feel calm and relaxed. Lastly, I began breathing into the space behind my eyes, feeling my breath flow from my optic nerve and into my brain. After connecting to my three brains, I envisioned a large rod of light aligning my three brains, from the space behind my belly button, through my heart space and into the space behind my eyes. With each in breath and out breath, this rod of light was getting brighter and brighter, giving me a bolt of energy that went through my entire body. Connecting and aligning my three brains, I feel electrified! Wishing you a wonderful day! 🙏🏻❤️😊

“Seeing” a glowing ball of white light Energy in my chest made me feel strong. “Feeling” the glowing ball of Energy in my belly made me feel brave. “Sensing” the glowing ball of energy in my head made me feel wise. Connecting these three made me feel invincible. I am now ready to humbly but gratefully serve the world in a mindful way. ❤️💪🏼🍀
The 3 brains of the soul
I learned that my gut my heart and my brain are the most powerful and I can connect into that power of mindfulness and I can intentionally connect to the 3 brains to remind myself that everything is fine and that happiness is a way to heal my body and soul.

As my awareness shifted from one brain to the next connecting them all, I noticed my breathing became lighter, my breaths became deeper, and my posture straightened. With my eyes closed I visualized the straight column and my body physically adjusted itself allowing me to take deeper, longer, more filling breaths, and allowed me to release so much heavy energy. By the end the muscles in my face and body felt relaxed in a way they haven't felt in a long time.

I learned the powerful concept of our three brains: brain, heart, & gut. I also came to the realization that there is some much information here. We can certainly gain insight into how we are doing by tuning into the energy and connecting these three brains.
