This visualization creates a “computer of the mind”. A simple way of accessing the inner mind and clearing files, folders, and browser tabs to quieten thoughts, and dissolve unneeded habits and unwanted tasks. There is a 13-minute version for use seated during the day and a 30-minute version for use last thing at night in bed to help drift down into sleep. Both versions have a gentle music background.
