Reuben guides us, to help us drop into a spiritual connection with ourselves. These affirmations have been written to give us some simple guidance, simply to honor ourselves. This includes relating to our emotions in an open and receptive way. The example of the sadness that is sometimes within us is used within this practice. We start with a simple introduction to settle us in, then we have a hypnotic meditative countdown to get us into the practice. Then, some simple insights from The Wisdom of The Waves about the honoring of ourselves. Finally, we get to use these affirmations, as the ambient cinematic background music does its thing. This, ideally, is to bring us into a wise and kind acknowledgment, and appreciation of ourselves.
