Kindness and compassion for self is tremendously healing. Offering yourself love, support and empathy is something we often do last and reserve those for others. It is good to be kind to yourself first.

It is important to love me as much as I love others! I need to stop beating myself up for past mistakes.

It is a difficult thing to understand how others treat you. The 'vibe' you sense in others...what do they sense of you? Try to honest with yourself about what you discover and learn from that. Be open to it.
Oh my I'm in tears
This was really helpful one today as I lose sleep over anxiety telling myself it will all be okay. Now I just have to believe it!
It's so powerful to show as much compassion to myself as I would to anyone else. I also think it is a difficult task to do lots of the time because we feel so compelled to fix what feels broken and if we can't we focus on our failure instead of looking at what was in our way. This is definitely a mantra I need to remember when life gets tough and I just feel like a failure.
This was great, and definitely one to try again when I'm feeling particularly self critical!

I need to practice positive self talk and treat myself the way I would treat a loved one. I really enjoy the feeling of compassionate support and now I realize that can come from within.
