This morning meditation will guide you to see that compassion begins within you as you accept yourself fully. Find your way into stillness, and take a deep breath in, Let it out slowly, Allowing your body to soften into comfort. Feel the weight of your body sink into the surface beneath you. Notice how your breath becomes more gentle and more peaceful with each inhale and exhale. Now, bring your attention to your heart, the center of you.
