Gradual
I had stepped away from aura for a little while, but have been maintaining my own personal mindfulness practice. It was neat to come to this session today and discover that I have made a lot of gradual progress with being present in the moment.

Coming home
I feel ready for sleep, now that I have let go of my day and am home. So relaxed. This will be one I return to at night before bed.

Coming home to yourself is easily the best meditation I’ve done so far. So nice to feel the stress actually leave my body and refocus my mind

My home is peace
I learned that most of the stress I’m carry is correlated stress. I noticed I take on the people I love stress and the stress I do have I know how to manage it. I just make the mistake of letting others influence my understanding and the amount of stress I can take by projecting and magnifying their own stress levels on my stressful situations.
