During the busyness of the day, we forget to come home to ourselves. This meditation is designed to help you let go of the things that are stressing or bothering you and helps you to come home to yourself again, allowing you to feel connected and grounded.

Gradual
I had stepped away from aura for a little while, but have been maintaining my own personal mindfulness practice. It was neat to come to this session today and discover that I have made a lot of gradual progress with being present in the moment.

My home is peace
I learned that most of the stress I’m carry is correlated stress. I noticed I take on the people I love stress and the stress I do have I know how to manage it. I just make the mistake of letting others influence my understanding and the amount of stress I can take by projecting and magnifying their own stress levels on my stressful situations.

Coming home to myself
This is one of my favorites so far. I found it helpful releasing things that weigh me down while breathing out like relationship issues and stress with college. My favorite part of this meditation was placing my hand over my heart. It really made me feel connected to myself.

Inhale/Exhale
At the end of a long stressful day you need to come home to yourself — your body, mind and soul. Breathe in “I’m home”, breathe out “let go”.

Let go
I have to sometimes be very conscious of what I am doing, because I can’t just let go completely and be myself. I am way to worried about what people are thinking, so I love this of letting go and coming home to yourself.

Comforted
I've had a mixed day. On the one hand I had an amazing riding lesson where I rode better than I ever have. And on the other I'm sleeping in a new environment where I'm fairy stressed. This session helped me to come home to myself and remind myself that I am okay.

Let go
Just before my session I was having difficulty letting a project I’m working on “go”. The song from the movie Frozen came to mind: “Let it go. Let it go.” Ironically, that was the first mantra of this meditation!

Breathing...
Perfect session before taken a late afternoon nap! Playing & body surfing in the waves and walking on the beach is “hard work”! Breathing in I am home... Breathing out letting go... I am home (by the seaside) I have let go (of all worries- blown away by the constant breeze) ✌🏼❤️🌴

Worry locker
Ive created a monster! I guess throughout my life, I picked up the habit of predicting how crumby my day might be. I’d like to think I’m an optimistic person, its seems my wandering thoughts are of the pessimistic variety. Let it go!!!! Go home cortisol!!!! I’m grateful to have the knowledge that I can always come home to the present. It’s all good til it isn’t. Have a great day and throw your worries out the window!

Great full
Thank you. I had a particularly stressful day today. I’m not normally an easily stressed person, but lately I’ve been having more stress/anxiety and even panic attacks. Also, as a social person I’m usually not stressed by crowds. Tonight I walked into a packed place for dinner and felt anxiety. I sat at my table and listened to this session. It helped ground me and be myself - at ease. Thank you.

Coming home
I wonder how much of my day I spend elsewhere, rather than focusing on the present moment. It’s probably more than I would hope. Lately, I’ve been taking note of little things that make me smile throughout the day, usually as it is happening. That helps me to appreciate the present moment and be grateful for this beautiful, fulfilling life I get to live.

My heart is heavy today with emotional and physical pain. It felt good to say let it go...it’s okay as I exhaled and released my feelings. Thinking of my inhales as nourishing and coming home to myself...to my heart, was indeed a nurturing meditation. Thank you for your gentle guidance. 🙏🏻

Blow it out
I have some financial planning and decisions to make that have been weighing on me. They’re weighing on me because I put them off for as long as I could and now I have to deal with these foreign brain drainers. This meditation had me think about something that was causing me discomfort today. And then, inhale very deeply and exhale almost forcefully while thinking “let it go”. Well, I did that multiple times and it worked! It’s certainly not completely gone, but I’m looking at it in a different and more rational light. Why didn’t I do this earlier? Thanks Aura! 🙏🌷

Coming home
Hand on heart I think Of home, in my minds eye I see a distant snow covered peak, forest for miles in front and as I concentrate upon an open flower strewn field before me is a log cabin, the door opens and out She runs. Young and carefree, petals float around her, kicked up as she skips around. A couple of dogs run towards and join in the fun, curious eyes peep out of the woods, birds circle around diving for the insects disturbed by the racket. Sunlight shines down with a benevolent face, no cloud to be seen in the ultraviolet sky. Home, sweet home is this me, yet to be or times gone by. No matter time has no meaning here, it just is.

Breathe in the fragrance of love ❤️❤️
Let go of the battle. Breathe quietly and let it be. Let your body relax and your heart soften. Open to whatever you experience without fighting. Breathe in the fragrance of love. When life is s foggy path, unclear and mind is dull, remember your breath had the power to give you peace. It had the power to resolve the unresolved equations of life.

I feel so relieved

My practice is finally depending and there is a big shift!!!!
I let go more each time! What a blessing! RELATIONAL Trauma makes letting go terrifying; like torture; worse than death! The torture of vulnerability THE POWER OF SHAME! You'd do anything almost to avoid it! I was less afraid of dying. Now letting go is FREEDOM; floating on clouds! And feeling my body instead of being scared stiff/ frozen and numb. A whole new language in a whole new world of sensation! Feeling of Awe... It's not possible to do it alone for the depths of healing to the root of the problem. Letting go
Letting go is a process that’s not easily done overnight. Just as soon as I think I’ve let go, something brings it right back and here I am mixed up all over again. But I’m determined to stay the course on my self transformation. I WILL let go. And I will move on.

Coming home to yourself
I learned that it’s important to stop and breathe and just let go.. we get so caught up and our day to day life and the stressors of this world that we let our worries, fears and life take over us that we forget the importance of life and to just breathe and relax and enjoy.. this mediation session left me feeling more relaxed and just ready to take on this week and be and do better then I did yesterday. I let it all go and feel refreshed and calm. I need to remind myself this throughout the day. I really enjoyed this mindful minute ❤️

Home
This was very powerful for me. Home has been such a loaded word for me for as long as I can remember. Home should provide a sense of safety, comfort and stability. Since I was a child, I’ve had to make my own home. I tried to separate myself from my surroundings for as long as I can remember. I created a world that I wanted to live in. I lived in chaos. I lived with fear. I lived with tension. I lived with anxiety. I lived with constant stress. I was a child. I was only a child. I felt I needed to protect myself because the adults in my life didn’t know how. I grew up fast. Half way between a child and an adult. From running away with my neighbor across the street when I was in 1st grade, sleeping at friends homes, living with friends, staying with my grandparents in the summer—I never wanted to be in my own home. And I wasn’t. I kept going and going and going. I wanted to be outside. I wanted to live in the woods. I wanted to unicorns and rainbows. I wanted to be anywhere that wasn’t home. I look back and feel sad for Little Sam. I feel sad I couldn’t stay innocent for longer. I feel sad that I’ve spent my entire life fighting so hard for so many things. I feel sad that I’ve had to hide, pretend and simply try to survive. I want to live. I want to live fully. I’ve always felt half in and half out. I come back to the concept of balance. I am yearning for balance. I am realizing that I’ve created my own home for as long as I can remember, what I want now, is to create a home with someone else.

Home is where the heart is
The old homesteads are gone as parents age and pass away. Residence apartments , homes and cities change as we move through career and life changes. But extended, nuclear, and individual sense of home is still solid- there when the I am with the ones I love, and ultimately with my true self, or as close as I can get to it. Namaste

Day 22
Had a rough couple of days. The whole “coming home to self” thing doesn’t speak to me too much, but relaxing and reminding myself that my problems are not as big as I fear is good practice
N

Reverse Direction
My opening feeling I had was actually pretty great, I'd been home for a little while and had already just kind of blanked today out in my mind. I was expecting a more calming and light hearted experience tonight, but instead was greeted with "focus on your problems from today." And then letting them go of course, but it was honestly harder this second time around because I had to relive through those moments that weren't so great. But refocusing on my breath, and consciously removing them from my mind, didn't necessarily improve my mood, just got it back to where I started. Not a bad thing.

Reminded to lean into Him more. I heard in my Spirit, my soul: breathing in, letting go (and let God). Suddenly those worries and frets were no longer bothersome. The issues were still there but there’s nothing I can do for most of it. Yet, I clearly saw ways to rectify two of them quite easily! Now, why did I not see that before I wonder...? 😆 🤫 🙏🏻

Letting go.
My days are always so stressful that sometimes I just wish I could stop it for a little while, and by "it" I mean my life. I'm not talking about death or suicide, but it's like I'd need it to slow down. Like a pause, from everything. No thinking, no interacting, no faking smiles and good moods, and all of that. But, you know, I'm home now, and I'm letting it go. My favourite session by now

Not living in the moment
I feel calm. I struggle with living in the present and not over thinking and planning by day to day life regarding work. When I am home. I am home. No need to worry or stress about anything. I am safe. I am healthy.

Finally...
After struggling with the circumstances and commitments of today (many other days as well) I found this meditation to be not only effective but also inspiring to the point where my worry and cynicism floated away. I’m in a huge transitional period and remembering to find the comfort inherent in myself was a blessing. Beautiful short meditation that had a big impact. Thank you

Unpack Your Day
Even if things didn’t particularly go your way throughout the day, there’s no reason to hold onto it. Unpack yourself, relax and remember that tomorrow’s a new day. And for me personally, stop over analyzing.

It's Good to Let Go...
Sometimes we overthink because of doubts, insecurities or worries. We have to let those things go before they consume us and our lives. Thank you God for helping me in this area and for using Aura to help me as well. I really enjoyed this meditation, it was the exact one I needed to listen to in this moment. Have a blessed weekend everyone 😊!

I need to just let it go at the end of the day! Work is hard and due to pandemic working from home makes it hard to separate the 2. This will help me.

A great breath practice
That was a great breath practice, as I felt myself letting go and iliked the idea of coming home on the inbreath. I am starting to accept and even like myself. My mind was a horrible, depressing and destructive place. My mind is no longer a scary place. It is ok to be there now. The rest of my body and my soul have begun to heal emotionally too. I like my body to be my home.
