My first meditation
I found it difficult to quite the thoughts in my head. But I managed to calm myself a bit and enjoyed the deep breathing.
The human mind
I learned that the sub conscious mind is what causes a lot of stress to me. Those quick triggers. Being aware is just bringing it to the conscious mind…. So if I am feeling anxious. I am going to pause, reflect, and ask what’s really bothering me.
