Here, you get a chance to practice two very helpful forms of breathing. We start with Coherent Breathing - in for 6 seconds, out for 6 seconds, and then add in a little throat constriction which surprisingly, has a relaxing effect. It's the same movement cats make when they purr! In yoga, its benefits are well known and it's called Ujjaya Breath.

Taking time to breathe is something I don’t do. This session was helpful and I want to use it again.
I don’t take the time to breathe. I’ve noticed that I have to been at times holding my breath. I enjoyed and plan on using this session again.
