Let’s do one of the classics. This meditation, Mindfulness of The Body, has specific focuses on certain parts of the body with both a narrowed concentration, and then opening up to practice our expanded concentration skills. Some of these points of connection will be easier than others. This is where the practice is. It is in the service of becoming much more grounded in our bodies, and as a result of this, much more connected to the external world.
