Very eye opening
I felt very aware of my body, mind, and spirit. Great stress and anxiety reliever for the end of a rough day/week. Highly recommended! My favorite so far

Not for sleep
I love this guide and her voice. It ends with starting the day, so it's not for sleep. Or - not for insomniacs like myself. Definitely a nice meditation for relaxation and spacial awareness.
