An Exception For Pattern of Breathing
Generally it seems we are told not to impose a pattern of breathing and to instead focus on the breath and let our bodies breathe as they want. This circular visualization helped create a nourishing pattern of breathing, making it feel that my breath was purposefully reaching all critical points through the circuitry of my spine and skeleton.
Circular Breathing- Part 1 🤔
Cassandra is one of my favorite practitioners. I love her meditations and her stories, but I sure struggled with this meditation. For those who are considering trying this - I encourage you. My struggle was personal and had nothing to do with the meditation. I simply couldn’t wrap my mind around the concept of the circular motion, as it seemed backwards to me, until about 2/3 of the way through the meditation! 🤪. Now, that I have the concept, I will be trying this again.
Circular breathing
Thanks Cassandra for another wonderful meditation. Breathing in this way really kept my attention and improved my focus.
Such a fantastic meditation. I feel restored and focused this morning after doing this. I’d love a longer one. Thank you Cassandra!
Circular Breathing
This meditation from Cassandra is very interesting! I focused my attention on my breathing and began to visualize air from my in breath going up from the base of my spine to the top of my head. On my out breath, I visualized air being pushed downward from the top of my head back to the base of my spine. Visualizing this circular motion of breathing had me feeling charged up, as if I could feel every cell of my body becoming nourished with every exchange of my breath. I am left feeling focused and energized! Thank you, Cassandra! 🙏🏻❤️😊
Walter J
Love the circular breathing idea. I was able to take very deep breathes as I felt my in breathe work its way up each vertebrae to the top of my head and then cascade off my brow and down my front like a waterfall til it reached my belly. Where it tucked itself in was pushed to the base of my spine as I squeezed the last of my out breathe out of my belly. I felt my spine lengthening each cycle and I actually heard/felt a vertebra or two pop as my breathe went over it. I feel taller and more complete, relaxed but also revved up! Great job Cassandra, Thank You Aura! ❤️🙏🍀
After reading both Cherish and Walter reflections on this meditation, I had to try it out. The circular breathing technique is interesting. On my inhale I could feel a small amount of pressure starting at the base of my spine and easing its way up to my head. Then on the out breath I felt the front of my body relax. At the very end, I felt this burst of energy. I feel energized and ready to start my day.
Circular breathing
I noticed how relaxed I felt. I also felt I could this breathing anytime I feel stressed
Circular breathing
I had trouble visualizing the circuit of my breath. I started to get the hang of it towards the end, but it’s definitely something I need to work on. I wonder why I had such a hard time with this one.
I had a little difficulty with the visualization at first, but it was still a wonderful, recharging session. I actually felt a tingle as I imagined my breath moving up my spine. Fantastic! I will definitely do the Circular Breathing Part 2 !
Circular Breathing
What a wonderful way to get my morning started. Also by following the breath, I gave my mind something to focus on and I was able to be more presant.
Boost of Energy
Circular breathing is a wonderful technique to give your body a boost of energy which I needed this afternoon. This is a great meditation to start your day with. It is also great if you need a little pick me up from that mid afternoon sluggish feeling. I am glad I revisited this one today. It gave me just what I needed.
Full breath cycle
Breathing fully while relaxed, not over-extending, feels great. Namaste

I am finally learning how to shut my wandering mind off and actually focus on my breathing. It was a great feeling.
Taking a moment to surround yourself in total relaxation is important. Taking care of body mentally is just as important as taking of body physically. Mentally I have been the best I ever felt
At ease
I noticed that by visualizing my breath moving in a circle around my body that I was able to put my mind at ease. I felt lighter after this meditation.
I felt amazing . I had a moment of complete clarity. Nothing I was thinking about and it was peaceful
Wonderful visualization
Circular movements are so nice to have in meditation. It allows healing back on yourself.
The only focus I have developed is the same focus I’ve had for the past year. The focus is to get
The focus is to get ‘them’ out of my life. They have made a real mess out of me and my life. I honestly don’t think I will ever fully recover from this. 😞
I noticed my breathing patterns. I felt calm circular breathing.
Circular breathing Relaxing way to start the day that I can return to when my day is hectic
Circular breathing
I noticed that it took a while to fully relax and get into a rhythm with this meditation. However, once I did, I found myself extremely physically relaxed. In fact I felt so calm that I was yawning while doing this practice. The mental effects of this meditation took longer still to clear my head I found much easier to focus on my breathing then it has been in a long time. If you are willing to give this meditation some extra time it will hopefully be very effective. It is in my Opinion, one of the most effective meditations I have ever done. Thank you to all those who work for this app for exposing me to this new way breathing to calm my body and mind. Personally I find meditations with the imagery like this one much easier then those which focus on simply breathing in and out. Thank you again for this experience. Thank you also to the community on this app. I am grateful for the fact that you have taken the time to readThis post. I hope you are all Ok , Happy, and well.
Circular breathing
I noticed that I can use my mind to control images and connect them to sensations in my body
Awesome session really noticed change in how my body felt from controlling my breath and focusing my mind connected them and tuning them together!
