Changing Perspective
I’ve been hearing this a lot lately at work my personal life etc etc now I come on this wonderful app and see the same thing! Must be a sign to focus on the good and positive especially at a time like this!

I choose happiness to stay present and grounded in all the amazing things that are working out. While not everything works out the way we want it to, I will keep walking forward without hesitation. Through both storm and sunshine.

We all can learn a thing or two from this lesson; there will be times in our lives where we have to deal with a sad life event will happen. Something like that recently happened to me I was sad for a few weeks and had a hard time dealing with this sad life event but in the end I choose live my life and move on from being sad, I chose happiness over sadness
