This is great
I was listening to this on a late car ride to the dentist which is already stressful enough because you know the outcome. but this relaxed the whole ride for me. Take a listen

Choiceless Awareness?
One of the odd things about this meditation is the title. So, once again, I found myself judging the word that didnโ€™t seem to fit. Iโ€™d focus on the pain in my right hand without thinking of it as good or bad, but then my mind would wonder how it could be choiceless awareness when I chose to focus on it.

This was by far the most challenging exercise for me. I found it difficult not to place emotions on my thoughts. It's as if she planted the seed of like or dislike. For example close your eyes please. Now think of anything you like, except a purple elephant. I'll wait. It can't be done. I'll revisit this on my own in the near future and try to do as instructed without taking the instruction. Namaste ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ

Making myself aware of what I am feeling without giving it a judgement can make me handle difficult feelings better.

Nice reminder
I really liked the concept hot in this meditation, the fact that you can find awareness in any sensation, then find another sensation, and then anotherโ€ฆ I think this is very applicable to any moment where you need to bring yourself back to the current moment and that wherever you are is exactly where you need to be
