....it is difficult and sounds superficial and strange the first exercise around.....

I really needed this. For the 3 minutes i wasn’t doing anything, i wasn’t distracted. I focused on myself and my breathing. My headache went away for 3 minutes, and my body feels more relaxed now. Thank you
