Chest, Stomach and Internal Organs
The first thing I appreciate about this session is that the Breathing is well paced. Often I feel rushed and coached to breathe too fast and too deeply. As I am returning to Meditation, and also have Asthma, deep breathing can also be a trigger for me. I also really enjoy the combination of Meditation plus a reike like use of Hand/Touch Healing over the organs, ending the session with a wonderful Affirmation!🙏🏼🧘🏻‍♀️🕉
Chest, Stomach and Reproductive Organs
I should not forget to take care of my body especially when I do a lot of workout. Taking care of my chest, stomach and reproductive organs enables me to no think about something else while I'm doing sport.
It’s good to give recognition and focus to our organs. We can’t feel them the same as our joints and muscles, but they also need loving care. Namaste.
