Chakra Restoration Sound Bath

Welcome to this full Chakra restoration sound bath challenge. I've designed this experience to provide activation and alignment of each of the 7 main Chakra centers in under 30 minutes. Beginning with the Root Chakra and aligning our power centers all the way up to the Crown Chakra. There will be a notification at the beginning of each Chakra transition with a gentle tap of a Planetary Chime that is associated with one of the 7 Chakras. There will then be a blend of one of my Planetary tuning forks that are also associated with one of the seven Chakras as well as the main note of a crystal singing bowl to initiate the re-balancing and realignment of each power center.
